Returns and refunds

We want to make sure you love your order, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it.

Because products are made to order, general returns and sizing-related returns are not accepted unless statutory rights apply. For such returns, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping.

Quality issues and damage

After you receive your order, you have 30 days to report a quality issue. Send your order number and a clear photo of the issue (on a flat, well-lit surface, with the tag and error visible) through the store contact form.

Cancellations and changes

Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or change your order. You can edit it for a short time after ordering, until it goes to production.

Refund timing

PayPal refunds show in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours. Card refunds show in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

EU, EEA and UK

Customers in the EU, EEA and UK keep any statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
